We recently stayed at the Carlton for a family vacation, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Sharon, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She even assisted us with our bags after our long journey, which was much appreciated. Our kids were thrilled to find that they had proper beds, rather than the usual pull-out sofas that can be uncomfortable. This made for a more restful night's sleep for everyone. The hotel's location was easily walkable, and we had no need for our car, which added to the convenience. The breakfast offered a range of options where we could customize our plates, catering to each family member's tastes. We encountered a minor issue with the shower, but Doug promptly addressed it, allowing us to use another room for our needs. The overall experience was smooth, making the Carlton a solid choice for families.
